"The Cobex team provided amazing exterior paintwork and repairs to the imperfect-smooth exterior finish of our two-story home in El Dorado Hills. We used the Cool Wall products, and we're looking forward to a reduction in heat and improved insulation qualities. The preparation work, the COBEX team, provided was meticulous to get everything that was loose off of the 18-year original finish. The crew expertly masked off the gutters, fascia, windows, surrounding exposed patio, stonework and covered the plantings and exposed concrete with drop cloths. The team expertly patched the imperfect-smooth stucco, primed, sealed the windows and door frames and applied a final finish over a period of 8 days. The Cobex crew were neat, protected all of the plantings around the house and did a great clean up at the end. We are an established window and door company with approx 6-10 employees. We do all of our work and do not sub-contract to other companies or contractors. Our billing terms require 10% down with the balance due upon completion. Finance charges are charged on any balance over 30 days old.

"The replacement windows were shipped directly to Glass Doctor so they could verify that the windows were intact and ready for installation. On the day of installation, the installer (Ed)  arrived promptly, having first given a phone call about when he'd arrive that day. He proceeded to install the replacement windows that had failed (inner seals failed causing fogging inside the double-pane windows). This was a difficult installation requiring the window frames to be dismantled entirely. He managed that efficiently and with great care not to damage the window or anything in the room he was working in, even wearing booties to avoid tracking in any outside dirt.  It took him longer than he had anticipated, but the company didn't charge me for what he called  his "learning curve." I was most grateful to say the least. Great service, great price, excellent customer service on the front end from Jennifer at the office, and from Ed, the installer. A 5-star experience all around. <br />"
