"Brett came out several weeks ago to provide an estimate and I scheduled a service time. Brett and his team arrived on schedule and Brett confirmed with me exactly what work was to be done. Over the course of the job he made several suggestions that improved upon what I thought I wanted done (making the end result more appealing). Brett is highly skilled at his job and very knowledgeable when it comes to tree care. Both trees look much better after the work was done. Brett's team did a good job cleaning up after the job, removing all of the cut branches from the property and sweeping the small debris. "Late in fall 2015 we got serious about transforming our small, boring patio. We had several contractors come out to give us bids, but we only "clicked" with one; Chad Vanderloop! He showed his passion and enthusiasm for transforming our back yard, listened carefully to what we wanted, and worked with one of his associates, Gary Lemke, to come up with a fantastic plan. In late spring of this year, Chad and his great crew did the hardscaping, Gary worked with us on the plants, and we did the planting and mulching ourselves. As you can see from the pictures, the results were spectacular! We are very, very pleased, and are so glad we found Chad to do this transformation, it far exceeded our expectations."

"Bruce has always provided top quality work for a fair price. He pays close attention to details and treats my yard as he would his own. Select properties handles all of my yard maintenance and snow removal. He is very good at communicating with me. He discusses my options for the landscaping changes I am planning and offers his suggestions for best value. This past summer I reseeded the front center portion of my yard because the grass was no longer growing well and there were lots of bare areas. We discussed all of my options and how to best get nutrients back into the soil. I decided to go ahead with a top soil and seeding. Bruce used a good quality soil and seed raking in the seed across the new soil. Two days after he did the work we got a lot of rain. I was worried that would wash the seed away. But Bruce had done such a wonderful job that the rain storms had no affect. By fall I had plenty of growth  the front yard for the first growth. I am expecting it to look wonderful next summer. <br />"
