Josh Dowell (Dowell’s Painting) responded to my desperate call by promptly sending out an associate to start cleaning and taping followed up working over the weekend to personally accommodate our needs. The results were thorough and well executed. In the process, we learned to appreciate Josh’s words of wisdom that the painting of a well-used garage interior is a much more formidable project than most lay people assume it to be. "I hired Landmark construction & energy crew for a 650 sq/ft. of living room addition. Before we hired them, we already had all the necessary plans on hand including all the secured building permits with the city. When it comes to workmanship and speed, I must admit that landmark construction was very fast while investing extra attention to perfection. All the teams of workers worked fast even when it came to fixes and adjustments. They replaced the wood floor with new engineered wood flooring, repainted the entire ceiling and one living room wall and blended new stucco on the exterior wall. The new addition required new foundation, framing, and window installation. We are thoroughly content with all the work that was completed by landmark construction & energy crew. 1) they made sure to cover everything all around the working area in order to prevent damages and extra work due to paint spots and dust from all the sanding. 2) They came to work on a daily basis and few times they skipped work BUT they made sure to confirm that 2 days ahead. This was very responsible from them to do. 3) Charlie the Project Manager was available and reached all the time. When he couldn’t talk or answered, he called within the hour. In regards to pricing… the price that we got from Landmark construction & energy crew was in the middle range. Charlie came over to the house several times to discuss about the details and the process of the project, and after that he start working on the estimate."

THEY BLAME THE CUSTOMER WHEN THE CUSTOMER DID NOTHING WRONG.... ALSO READ REVIEWS OF THIS CO ON YELP ETC THEY ARE NOT RATED LIKE ON ANGIES LIST... I WILL NOW BE HIRING A LAWYER TO SUE THEM FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT...WEB SITES FOR REVIEWS WAY DIFFERENT ON SOME OTHER SITES.......I PLAN ON CONTACTING THE NEWS ALSO ABOUT VERENGO AND THE SCAM THEY ARE TRYING TO PULL ON ME.....TO GET OUT OF THEIR CONTRACT............................................"

"Very detail oriented. Ensured every part was fastened properly and methodically, that water would drain away from the house correctly, and the roof would was secure in case of earthquakes. Inspected overall condition of roof as well. Also took note of any future issues that may develop from weather/wear and tear with other structural parts of the home. Punctual for both consultation and for the day of work. Excellent value and would hire again for future roofing or contracting needs.
