"Way beyond what  I asked for.  I had him come out to look at a favorite tree that I thought was dying (it wasn't).  After that, job should have been done for any other service provider.  Instead, he asked, "do you mind if we take a walk around your yard?"  I've got almost 3 acres.  We covered all of it.  He went through the front landscaping, identifying and diagnosing each shrub, bush and weed, went to every tree and told me all about how it should be maintained, what to expect, etc.  He took me to the berm out back and told me what we could plant for best privacy.  He even went over lawn care. <br>The guy really knows his stuff.  And, as he will tell you, he has no further financial interest.  He  doesn't sell anything else, just knowledge. <br>Highly recommended.  Great service. <br> <br>"

"Had major insect problem in kitchen, upon returning home from hospital. Called S & O to see if i could receive expedited treatment. They were able to schedule for 2 days later Tech arrived on time and immediately went to work applying thorough treatments throughout the premises as well as outside areas. Will be using annual program of 4 treatments. Have used lawn fertilization services for the last two years with good results and healthy looking lawn."

"They treat a bunch of homes in our neighborhood, so we figured we'd give them a try. Paid for a year of service. Lawn looks just as bad, if not worse, at the end of it. Specifically asked if we needed to re-sod, etc. any areas at the start and was told they would get it all under control. Multiple times we were in the backyard, pool, etc. without seeing anyone from the company, but magically their "Lawn Treated" sign would pop up in our front yard during that time. I'm thoroughly convinced at this point that they don't actually do anything other than drop the signs off in your yard. Sent a letter detailing these reasons for canceling and received no reply whatsoever. Not a good way to do business."

They all start out great then just seem to keep pushing me around till I am being cut late Sat afternoon. Sarkowski Lawns Service has now done my yard for 8 months. They come the same day each week and clean up after themselves. I want them to know how much I appreciate their hard work and am very happy to refer them to others."
