"We hired Rowland & Sons Tree Service to grind a huge tree stump and then level the area were the stump was and we could not be more pleased with their work. They arrived on time, were very friendly, and provided excellent customer service. We had a team of three (mom, dad, and son) who worked together to get the job done. In addition to grinding and leveling we asked them to save the soil/sawdust which they did happily and placed it in containers which we provided. They saved our sod which we easily replanted. "These ARE the guys you want to remove your trees!!! Had 5 large trees removed. One was ready to fall on neighbor's roof. Owner (during quote) said "that" tree needs to be removed today. He made some calls to one of his crew that was finishing a job in the next town and they agreed to do the entire job. They arrived at 3pm and finished at 5pm (they even raked the lawn and blew the debrie from the roof). Very experienced crew. They worked very well together and discussed roping plans and cleanup prior to starting on each tree (I liked that since safety was a major part of their MO and each limb that fell was critical between fences and houses). Equipment used included a small dozer on tracks that had a grabber that made quick work of cleanup. Price quoted was much lower than expected. I was so impressed with their concern about the dead tree that was about to fall I tipped the crew. By the way, I called my homeowners insurance company that the dead tree was about to cost them a neighbors roof (and their answer): "We only get envolved "after" the tree causes the damage"."

"I called Experience Tree Service Corporation because a beloved tree had become damaged and partially rotted, and it needed to be removed. I spoke with Mr. Asbel Parra and scheduled a meeting so that he could assess the situation. When he arrived, I explained that a tree limb from that tree had fallen last summer and caused a considerable amount of damage to my home, and that the tree appeared to be in poor condition. I told him that although I hated to lose it; I was afraid the tree would further damage my home.. He confirmed that the tree posed a safety hazard and quoted me a very reasonable price (which included a discount for Angie's List members) to remove the tree, grind the stump, and trim the two other trees near the house so that they would not become a safety issue as well. Mr. Parra was very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. On 03/02/2018, the crew and an impressive amount of equipment came. Mr. Parra himself was there at the beginning of the job and near its completion. His brother and employees did the work as previously discussed in a very efficient, professional manner.
