"Mr. Magnusson was easy to get a hold of and was very helpful and professional. His son and another worker came to install the windows and sliding glass door and I was so impressed with their work! They seem to take pride in their work, were friendly, and cleaned up after themselves. They even saw that I was missing a corner piece on my siding, and offered to nail in an extra piece they had that matched perfectly, at no extra charge. I am happy with the quality of the windows so far as they are easy to operate , are attractive, and seem durable. I would definitely use them again in the future- a pleasure to work with. <br />"

Insurance fought me tooth and nail, trying to insist that I didn’t have hail damage and Eddie really went to bat for me. He came back a second time to take additional pictures and a third time to be here when a second insurance adjuster was sent to my house. Megan, with whom the majority of my communication was with, is absolutely fantastic to work with. She would reply to all of my emails almost immediately, regardless of how late in the night I sent them or if it was a weekend. She thoroughly answered all of my questions (which there was a never ending list of as a first time homeowner going through this process). She was way more helpful than my insurance agent with supporting and navigating me through the process. At the end I was also given a $1000 off “coupon” to cover my insurance co-pay so that my roof replacement was entirely FREE. They did a great job replacing my roof and gutters and they cleaned up after themselves so well that I couldn’t tell anyone had even been at my house. I truly couldn’t have asked for more. "Our "only" negative comment about Ground Zero Shelters is that they do not come to a persons residence to give the sales pitch and demonstration. You must go to their showroom or see their product at a home show. This being said, we were extremely happy with the sales experience, reminders and installation of our shelter. They called about 10 days prior to the installation for a reminder, their installers called the day before and the morning of the installation to remind us that they would be at our home at the designated time. They showed up as promised and were completed with the installation in less than 1 1/2 hours time! Thank you Ground Zero!"
