They show up when scheduled, and contacted us if they were running late. His crew is professional, friendly and never seemed flustered with my last minute changes. The driveway and two walkways were poured three years ago, and there's not even a hairline crack. Probably because they take time to get the underlayment of rock and rebar correct. The recent work removing an ugly driveway and pouring a lovely cottage walkway is superior. Omar even comes out after a few weeks to check the finished product. "Of the six or eight companies from which I received quotes, Armored Floors was the ONLY one that actually provided references, even though three others said they would. I spoke to two high-end contractors and one private-residence customer and all three raved about Armored Floors and the owner, Tammy. A certificate of insurance was provided as soon as I requested it. Overall, Armored Floors was prompt, professional, and careful. There was virtually no odor during/after installation. The crew were Tammy's employees, not subcontracted workers. The cleanup was perfect and the crew answered my questions fully. My cost was higher than average (by about $500) because I requested a moisture barrier which is not always necessary; however, for the exceptional result and full warranty, I believe my money was very well spent. The work included repair of cracks, repair of concrete subfloor in some areas, and removal of oil (see before photo#1030147). My garage floor looks amazing (see after photo #1000061) and because of the full flake granite system and decorative flakes, the floor is not at all slippery. "The Foundation Doctor did a great job! Don appeared to be very knowledgeable about foundations and drainage issues. He gave some very helpful suggestions, and actually recommended that we do less work than we thought we might have to do. There were a few delays in the process due to weather and other circumstances that Don couldn't foresee or control, but he kept us informed about the process--and delays--along the way. His team did some repointing of mortar for us which was a little messy. When we asked Don about this, he and his team came back to our home and cleaned things up pretty well. We were very pleased with the work Foundation Doctor did, and have found that it pretty much corrected our basement water problem. We have been managing that for many years, so we wish we had called them sooner!"

"Hired Timberseal to strip, clean and stain (spray/brush method) Shadowbox Wood (cedar) Fence. The company has its own stain product which (based on previous customers) has its good life span after applied. The job was assigned to two technicians (Justin and Justin) who worked from beginning to the end of the project. Proper protection methods were used to prevent potential over spray. Job was done timely. This team did great job in timely manner. They cleaned job site afterwards. Would hire them again in the future, because they were very detailed, and professional."

"We first thought we had foundation issues when we noticed stair-step cracking along the front (both right and left sides) of our garage brick veneer. After a foundation company did some digging we came to realize the foundation was good, however the original builder had done us a disservice by not laying the brick on a proper cement block/base or using proper brick ties. Isabel came within 2 hours of contacting him to see if he could help our situation. Over time the brick had dropped and separated from the wall itself and was, in time, going to simply fall. He suggested to properly repair all the damage (it was fairly extensive on both sides of the front wall) he would have to demo the entire wall up to the gable and start over with a proper base for the brick. He would dig to see if there were proper footers/a base for the brick to start stacking, possibly pour a proper concrete support, rebuild the wall - matching the existing brick, and repair our concrete walkway that was partially pulled up by the foundation company upon their investigation. We met with Isabel and Revis on Tuesday, the following day a crew showed up first thing in the morning and the job was done by the end of the week. They addressed every concern we had along the way. The crew was even able to save all the existing trim and most materials to save on cost. Overall we are VERY pleased with the quality work that was done as well as how quickly they were able to start/finish the job! And, his bid was FAR less than 2 others we received as well :) <br />"
