His estimate was very acceptable, so he began work a few days later. Even though the weather was very rainy during this period, he and his helper were able to build a retaining wall and to plant all the plants proposed in the estimate. The wet yard took a beating with the moving of tons of blocks and gravel, therefore they added soil, spread seed, and topped with straw and now the grass is coming up nicely.
