"We had hail damage from the Spring hail storm of 2011.  I had our insurance come out and they recommended full replacement.  I got a few quotes, but liked the proposal that Pinnacle provided and the professionalism of Will and Ben when discussing the work.We scheduled the roof replacement, which was about 3 weeks out, and then I picked out that shingle brand and color which I wanted.  I had many emails and calls with Will to discuss status of the job and to give him my shingle decisions.Pinnacle had a crew come out and replace the roof about a week later than scheduled due to about a week's worth of rain right before the scheduled start date.  This was expected as I was keeping an eye on the weather and Will kept me posted.It took the crew about 4 days to complete the job of ripping the old shingles off and hand nailing the new shingles.  They cleaned up each night using a large magnet and on the last day the dumpster was picked up within hours of the job completion.After inspecting the area after the work was done I noticed 2 landscape lights had been damaged. I notified Pinnacle of the damage and they replaced the lights fairly quickly.  Overall I was very happy with the service and outcome and would use Pinnacle again."
