They contacted our insurance company, filed all the necessary paperwork, met with the adjustor and then completed the work. We were shown several samples but they were not exactly what we wanted. They kept finding samples for us to view until we found one we liked. They never rushed us, or pressured us in anyway. They were very responsive to our needs and treated us with up most respect and professionalism. The crew was very professional and efficient. They worked tirelessly without stopping, took great care with our house, lawn and landscaping. "We first talked on the 26th after another roofer failed to show up and do what was discussed. Del came out as promised, inspected the roof and recommended repairs. Price was extremely reasonable. He first said that it would the the first of the week before he could get it worked into his schedule. He called back later the same day and had moved his schedule around to be able to do the repairs on the 29th. Very friendly, professional and man of his word. Will definitely use again. <br />"

We called a whole bunch of places and everybody was about the same in price. I also checked ratings and the Better Business Bureau before I called the places I called."
