"We first hired Lamp Properties to do a bed and bath addition at our home. We were looking for a turn key contractor that could provide both architectural and general contracting services. In other words, a single point of contact to handle all issues and to take full accountability for the project. From brain storming on how to maximize our budget and available space to quickly getting permits filed Lamp Properties repeatedly demonstrated a high degree of competency and customer service. In fact, they did such a great job that we also hired them do several additional projects including a free-standing pool house with bath, master closet addition and some extensive drainage/culvert work. The management and crew all seemed to take great care as to not interrupt our daily activities during construction and we really appreciated that. In addition, their eye for detail and craftsmanship was so proficient that the new construction work and existing home blends seamlessly and it is very difficult to identify one from the other. As with most construction projects there will be a few issues and questions. At any time day or night, the team at Lamp Properties was available to take my calls, clarify questions and make things right. I know we will be keeping Lamp Properties in mind for any future work and I would highly recommend for others to consider them as a possible option as well. We have hired many contractors over the decades and we can honestly say that Lamp Properties has been one of the best we have encountered and a true pleasure to do business with."

"I hired Prime Time Construction to raise the foundation of a 16’ x 20’ prefabricated back yard shed and fill in back yard area with river sand. I first contacted owner Brandon in Oct 2018. Because of schedules government shutdown, and weather it was tough finally getting together to look at my job. I kept calling because of good Home Advisor reviews. Despite a lot of rain and mud Victor and Jose raised the shed and lowered it onto 16” x 16” footer slabs upon which sat standard cinder blocks and termite guards. I had serious low spots in the yard that required 30 cu yd of sand they distributed by wheelbarrow. The whole job took 4 days over most of a week interrupted by rain. They needed to pump out the water that kept accumulating. They reconnected the electricity, adapted and re-fastened the hurricane anchors and installed a plastic lattice skirt to keep animals from underneath. It was a good job under trying circumstances. We bought or made them lunch and I tipped upon completion. Good work requires good treatment. I am quite happy with the outcome."

"This father and son, Jay and Derata, are very professional. What a knowledgable and expert team! They came out and looked over my projects and then fixed everything in 2 visits. During their initial appraisal, Jay discovered a hot connection in the electrical panel outside that could easily have caused a major fire. He shut the power off to our house until Entergy could come fix the problem on the electrical pole. I feel they really saved our lives with that discovery. On their first appointment they ran extra power to an outside building. That job required running additional lines, installing plugs and a separate electrical panel. On the 2nd appointment, they installed 10 led can lights and connections for pendant lights, not purchased yet. They didn't have dimmer switches with them, but assured me they will be back to install those. I am very happy with the work they did and would highly recommend them for all electrical work. Besides all of their knowledge and expertise, Jay and Derata are very nice people. If I could give more than 5 stars I would."
