"Jake arrived on time to quote the job, and once the job was on the books, he took care of everything. He secured the architect's drawings (required by the township), applied for the permits, started when he promised, and finished in two weeks. Our deck is about 340 square feet with 160 square feet being covered. He was able to tie into the house in such a way that it looks like the deck and roof have always been there. We opted for composite decking with Azek wrapped posts and beams. He and his crew were meticulous in their work, and he was an excellent communicator throughout the entire process. I asked for a change midway, and he accommodated my request without missing a beat. He is detail oriented and gets the job done right. He recommended a change that made the finished project look even better. I couldn't be happier with his (and his crew's) work, and I would hire him again without reservation. Actually, I asked him to quote replacing some worn out windows, so I am planning on hiring him again. I will recommend him to anyone who needs any of the services he provides.
