"They sent a text and said on the way, then at the end of the day said they were not coming. This happened two weeks in a row and no one from the local office in Rochester called to explain what happened and when they would get it done. i just want the last treatment completed and don't understand why the would not get here first since I was skipped twice. Customer service is out of town, can't contact the local office via phone. It is very frustrating and no way to treat a customer."
We have a small background the ability to provide smaller lawn service, landscaping, snowplowing, trimming of trees, power washing (decks, patio furniture, sidewalks driveways, windows, basement/garage floors and walls) junk removal, lawn cleanup, gutter cleaning, garbage can cleaning and automotive detailing. Lawn/ small motor mechanic.\nThe ability to do perform all responsibilities above has came from 16 years of in field training. While performing these duties with other companies I have finally decided to branch on my own and give customers the best me I can give them. To also insure no customer feels they were ripped off and that we made them our first priority and get their job done right and with good outstanding professionalism.
