They are super polite, arrived on time, cleaned up the site after each work day and kept us informed as our project progressed. They are responsive to questions and concerns and followed up quickly to reinforce a few loose boards we noticed after the job was finished. We are totally satisfied with their work and the relief we not have from no longer having to look at that awful yard next door is immense! We were emailed and called prior to the work starting. The crew was professional and neat. The work took two days; one to remove the old fence and install new posts and one to install the fence. The crew was easy to work with and offered suggestions for solving little issues. They even put up a temporary fence for the dog. The old fence was hauled away. The area was cleaned when work was complete. We are very happy with the new fence. This was the most pleasant experience we’ve ever had with a contractor. I highly recommend Defence Enterprises."
