"This was the second set of jobs I hired ISL progress to do for me. they were so marvelous to work with when I used them previously. I have recommended them to everyone I know who is looking for a great contractor. Ivan came back and did a series of smaller projects for me including : pouring a concrete foundation for part of my patio, painting and repairing holes after electrical work, putting in new 220 electrical outlets, putting in combo washer and dryer and new electric stove,changing a hanging chandelier for a flush mounted light fixture,sliding glass door installation, and installing a new electrical panel. Ivan is fantastic at communicating what needs to be done and does such a wonderful job with everything. He always got back to me so rapidly -even when I just had a smaller project for him to do he managed to fit me in very quickly. Ivan is ultra responsible and very very talented - I have nothing but the highest praise for Ivan and ISL and will use them again."

"Hired John to repair an exterior light fixture. I didn’t want to replace it, and John was able to replace the socket in the fixture. He didn’t push me toward costlier services than I needed. He was quick and had all the parts handy. I also hired him to assemble and install a ceiling fan (replacing a light fixture). He offered a few options for how to wire it and control it from light switches, with remotes, etc. The final choice worked fine and it’s running well with no wobbling. I will hire him again to install a fan in another room, and other electrical projects when needed. (I didn’t rate him on price because I didn’t compare prices before hiring him — I hired him based on his reputation, and am glad I did.)"

"I had the good fortune of meeting Gregg from Firefly Landscape Lighting several weeks ago. He is a teacher who loves spending time outdoors when not at school. I had Kicher outdoor lights installed last year. From the first day, I had issues with lights being lighter and darker than each other and others going out completely. Gregg met me at exactly 7am as promised so I could leave for work on time. He was able to tell me within several minutes what was wrong with the system and what he needed to do to get it working. Gregg seemed very honest and knowledgeable and gave me what seemed to be a fair price for the work that needed to be done. I agreed to have him fix the system that day. I left for work and he called me several hours later that the system was fixed and it was. I am only sorry that I did not know Gregg at the beginning of the project so that he could have helped with design, fixture selection and installation. I am sure it would have come out much better."

"Mr. Sparky Tech Joe arrived promptly and exactly when they said he would (yes this is true). Mr. Sparky gave me a 3 hr window of time, then they called me, to tell me that the technician will be arriving within the hour. They also gave me the name of the technician who was to show up at my door. <br /> When Joe arrived (on time) at my door, he had placed a Mr. Sparky mat down and was placing disposable booties on his feet before he even walked into my house. He introduced himself and asked some follow up questions to our problem. We had blown a fuse in our bedroom that had also made several other lights/outlets non-functional. I showed Joe the issue and he started to diagnose the problem. <br /> After Joe was able to figure out the original problem and fix it, I asked about providing some other electrical needs. Joe was able to install a Motion Sensor Light outside our house, he upgraded all of our electrical outlets in our Kitchen to be up to "Code". He was able to fix a light switch for us that has existed, but was never hooked up to anything. He was also able to fix a light in our garage. He had to access our attic, go into multiple rooms to figure out the original issue. <br /> Joe completed a visual inspection of our house as well as a visual inspection of our electrical box to make sure there were no other issues waiting to happen. <br /> Joe was able to complete everything in a timely manner; with two 2 yo's running around him; not an easy feat. Joe had everything on the truck and never said no to anything I requested. All of the work he did has a 2 year warranty. <br /> I highly recommend Mr. Sparky Electric to anyone in the area that needs an electrician. The exceptional service they provide can't be beat! <br />"

"Upon discovery, Steven and his crew arrived within one hour. They surveyed the problems and responded immediately. Within one hour his environmental clean up crew began pumping out the thousands of gallons of raw sewage which had completely contaminated the basements into their own tank truck! They also cleaned out 3 restaurant grease traps which were overflowing with grease. This took almost the entire day. Once cleared, his 2 sewer cleaning crews cleaned out multiple blockages with both traditional snaking equipment and truck mounted water jetting rig to remove grease and sewage blockages. The following days, SHS and company repaired 1 burst pipes, a burst water meter, a leaky back-flow device, and replaced 6 defunct sump pumps. We also hired them provide lights and power to the service corridor. In addition we hired them to remove garbage and debris from the exterior of the property - Angela White, property manager Esquire Management Corp."
