At a certain point, it may make sense to give the customer a flat project fee as opposed to remain on hourly labor billing as the crew is trying to re-assess to avoid customer sticker shock and alienating future work. I respect the crew, the work they did, and value their labor, but believe the pricing is high. I would like to stress that I would recommend and would consider using them again simply because of their expertise, customer service, and responsiveness as they do great work, but would be more critical of the price ahead of time."
