"Had an appointment set for 8am this morning to receive a quote on cleaning and treating our deck. No one showed up. At a little past 8:30am, I called them and got their voicemail. I left a message and said that no one had shown up, I did not receive a phone call, and this makes me wonder if I really want to get a quote. At about 11am, I received a phone call from I believe the owner. He began by apologizing and saying that the appointment was not on his calendar. Then, he said that he did not think he really wanted to give me a quote, an obvious reference to my comment on his voicemail. I was shocked that a person in business would treat a potential customer this way."

Hello, Well I am 40 years old and been in business about 10 years. Before that I worked for 3 differant builders then went on my own. I am pretty much willing to try anything and hate when I have to sub-contract anything out. I have built several homes from ground to roof and everything between. I am not the cheepest and far from the most expensive but we treat all of our customers like friends and we do our job!!!

We consist of two main people and when needed we have others who help if the job requires it. our billing usally works like this we come in give you a free estimate go threw the procedure of the job and the materials needed the customer gets them or we can get them for them they just buy them and we install what you desire. we work at very fair prices...

"It went great with the installation but when the back door was not put in improperly., they couldn’t be bothered It is not fixed to this day. I’ve been waiting since 1994 for them to come and fix the door. They have only one installer. He had a broken leg. So I waited for that to heal. He came out longer screws in and left. That was 2013. The door was mot fixed. Then they send a representation of the door distributor out. He said it was not installed properly. He offered to fix it if they paid him. They didn’t. Then they sent some from the manufacturer out. He called didn’t come. Said they had to “order” a part to fix it. I’m still waiting. It’s 2020. They don’t even return my calls. I would not use this company or their lifetime warranty if they said they would do it for free!"
