Tony made several good suggestions and incorporated suggestions that had been proposed by other contractors. Tony accepted and worked with our changes without hassle or problems. We are delighted with the work done. We had a bedroom and bathroom put into the unfinished part of the basement. The only disappointment was that textured paint was used, which we do not like. However, neither of us talked about the paint before it was applied. We both made assumptions: Tony assumed we wanted textured paint as is in the rest of the house; we assumed that non-textured paint would be used. But, it is understandable on our part. There were quite a few touch-ups required for the wall paint and trim discovered during the walkthrough. The paint was fixed to our satisfaction. We love how everything turned out."
