"Seiber responded quickly to evaluate problems of doors not closing right, spongy floor in spots and major cracks in the garage/laundry room. The work took three days in Sept 2023. The concrete work was a little noisy at times but the results were great. The garage door closes well. Fewer drafts are coming in that room and the nearby kitchen. Cracks the could trip me up are gone. They kept me informed on the progress and didnâ  t charge anything over their detailed estimate. The concrete finishers did a really nice job. Everyone on the job was polite and very professional. We talked about making somewhat larger footers for the supports and they did that. The hoses that piped the concrete to the back of the house and crawl space access leaked in spots. After the concrete hardened it required the use of a shovel to remove the overflow. I havenâ  t heard from the company much since the repairs were done, but my phone quit about that time so that may be why. Seiber might be the one to call for your older home."

This involved replacing carpet with vinyl plank flooring, some framing/drywall work, painting, tiling, etc. As always Mark and his crew did a great job. "I had a gravel driveway installed in 2019 that was done incorrectly. The pitch was done incorrectly and no drainage was put in, so my driveway was washing away and there were lots of deep divots making the driveway nearly impassable. I also happen to live on a significant slope. Chuck and his team corrected the pitch of the driveway and put drainage in. After very heavy rains, additional work needed to be done and he came out again to make some corrections. Most contractors would never do this. Now, my driveway is not being washed out, and the rain is being diverted to a safe location away from the house thanks to a drainage path. Chuck did everything in his power to make sure I was taken care of, and is the most honest contractor I have ever worked with. I appreciated his diligence in making sure the job was done right and within my budget."

"Excellent! The best part was that they did a great job water proofing the basement and there was a lifetime transferable guarantee on it. The worst part was having it done because they had to jerk around the concrete all the way around the basement, and that wasn't pleasant and there's no way you can make that pleasant. They were bright and the person who initially came out to look at the job and to give me an estimate on it was really very good and I could always call him directly if I had any questions or issues."
