"Ivan came out promptly to provide a quote. He communicated very well and showed up on the days he told us he would be here. He hand cleaned all our gutters... wiping them down so they look new. We have had issues since we moved into this house 13 years ago with the gutters. We have a long span and every time it rained heavy it would spill over and through the years this caused damaged to other areas of the house. He added new securing brackets and re did the angles and added larger downspouts to accommodate the heavy rains. Our house is tricky as it is three stories high on the back and we have a very steep roof. He cleaned out years of build up in the back where previous gutter cleaners could not reach. He topped all of them with new gutter guards. While he was there working I asked if he could make a small repair to our siding and said no problem and fixed that as well. We will be calling him the future when it is time for new siding and roofing. We are very pleased.

Any we set up appointment for joe to come out and eveulate my roofs we have two kinds of roofs shingles and flat roofs. He was excellent so so very thorough and knowlegable about both kinds of roofs I knew within a few minutes he was our guy. From there he drew up contracts where I signed and two days later was on adelphias schedule. The guys showed up secured my entire property with tarps and caution tape tore off all roofs down to wood they had to install few sheets of plwood six I after they completes the roofs the clean up was top notch. They made recommendations for what I needed and explained it in a manner I could understand which was not the case with a different roofing contractor who came to my home to estimate the job. To me, the situation was something of an emergency with winter approaching, and Impriano made scheduling of my roof a priority. Workers were very professional, punctual, and took great care not to impact the adjacent townhouse properties. Workers kept me informed of how work was progressing. They took photos at various stages so I could see the work being done; the photos of the completed job confirmed that my existing gutter guards, etc., had been secured. They were very attentive to small details. For example, they pointed out that the nails used on an existing metal cover between my house and my adjoining neighbor were silver while the cover was brown. Although the roof is 3 stories high, they decided to use brown coated nails so the nails would blend with the cover. At the completion of the job, they cleaned everything up and used a metal detector to locate errant nails on my driveway."
