"I was very pleased with the service and professionalism. Octavio met with me on a Saturday to discuss the exterior bid. He emailed me the bid within the promised time frame. After accepting the bid, we set a time to begin the work. Most of our home is stone, and we needed the stonework power washed. Since he would be power washing the wood, I asked for an estimate to power wash the stone. Octavio stated that they power wash the entire home, even the stone. There would be no extra charge. <br /> <br /> Octavio's crew arrived a few minutes early and I was introduced to the supervisor. Since I would be at work, I gave a key to a neighbor. They let the neighbor know when they were done. They cleaned up without leaving a mess. The same crew came to paint the interior a week later. They painted most of the ceilings, and perfectly matched the paint to the areas they didn't paint. They covered all of the woodwork, appliances, windows, mirrors, and moved the furniture. When they left for the day, they made sure we had adequate access in the kitchen and bathrooms. <br /> <br /> The crew cleaned up each day leaving no mess. They arrived promptly, or early and finished the project earlier than they promised.
