He was able to remove stains that other carpet cleaning companies told me were permanent. When I first contacted MCC Services, Rich asked me a ton of questions about what I needed to have cleaned, the type of fabric of my items and what the stains consisted of. I thought at the time, what have I gotten myself into? But that just shows the level of care and pride he takes in his work. "Midland Carpet Cleaning was WONDERFUL!! My recliner(especially) and carpet have not looked this good in years. Robert, the owner and operator, arrived at the beginning of the time window and worked hard for 3 hrs on my carpets. He did a deep clean, hand scrubbed the recliner and some of the more stubborn carpet spots and then did the regular steam cleaning. His prices were more than fair for the amount of time and effort he put into the cleaning. I highly recommend"
