"The damage was assessed from the basement and it was determined that the foundation was sound,however, there was an area where the water had been able to ( over the years) create a small ravine through which the water could access the basement. As the downpipe was blocked and we had a severe rainstorm the basement was assessable to the large amount of water frowing from the blocked downpipe. The workmen accessed the damaged area from the outside and repaired the area under the foundation and extended the downpipe so that future water would be taken away from the house by over 15ft. This was done quickly in one day. and we have not experienced any further damage."

Mr. Plumber went right to work and Bruce stayed in contact with me - giving me updates and guidance on the construction process. He is so cheerful every time I called. He gave us an estimate on when we would have water and even after they ran into many unexpected difficulties at both homes, the Mr Plumber team powered through and got the job done on time. Even after the job was done, they took great care in answering questions to educate us. I am really so pleased with Mr Plumber that I would recommend them to everyone."
