"I purchased a 12 X 16 Gazebo from Samâ s Club and was looking for someone to assemble and install. Via Home Advisor, Mr. Luis M. Jimenez of LMJ General Construction LLC contacted me and visited my home to review the gazebo. He obtained the gazebo name and model number and downloaded the assembling instructions provided online (pdf). Once he reviewed the 111 steps guide, he contacted me and provided me a fair quote for the job. In addition, he was able to install the gazebo within five days of contacting me. In conversation with Luis, I also asked what other work his company perform, and he mentioned concrete, carpentry, renovation, etc. I had recently had a concrete patio installed and Luis was able to seal the concrete for me in addition to installing the gazebo. I would highly recommend LMJ Construction LLC for your project. The team arrived timely (8:00 a.m.) on Saturday morning, March 26 (a crew of three) and did an outstanding job assembling the gazebo. After assembling he also cleaned up the work area and stacked the cardboard boxes. I was also satisfied with the sealing of the concrete. "I donâ t write many reviews but I have to for Juan. I needed my whole interior painted due to flooding. He came over to look at the scope of the job and sent me an estimate that I thought was good. I had several estimates from different companies and I went with the lowest. I was a little nervous because his company had no web presence. But he saw some issues with previous work right away and I felt comfortable with him. I am so happy with my decision. His crew was meticulous in covering my new flooring with paper, repainting previously painted doors that werenâ t done well. I appreciated Juanâ s assistance with paint selection. He is the kindest man! His entire crew is very friendly. My neighbor commented on that! They arrived on time and worked the entire day (my other neighbor commented on that!). Some days there were six workers and all were friendly and nice. When the job was finished, Juan offered to help me put everything where it belonged! They swept and washed the floors! My house is absolutely beautiful now and I canâ t thank him enough. They were so fast that they finished before my money arrived and Juan had to wait a couple days before he was paid in full.
