"We had our maple kitchen cabinet doors and drawer fronts refinished by them. The refinished cabinet doors looked better than when original. The refinishing job really brought out the grain in them. They were redone in the same stain as original and the color matched the cabinet frames perfectly. It was a great value for the money. Much less than refacing. When Pete came out to estimate the job, we asked about refinishing and refacing and he gave us an estimate for both. He readily answered our questions about the work. Communication was good and mostly by email. Joe, the refinisher was very friendly and polite. He comes out and removes the doors and drawer fronts to take them. He returns and reinstalls and aligns the doors. He kept in communication with us when an unforeseen issue made it not possible to keep or original reinstall appointment. I highly recommend this company."

"The owner answered the phone, looked up the job, and offered to order and install a replacement drawer and cabinet door AT NO CHARGE. I was amazed, fully prepared to shell out some dollars to replace the two pieces. The replacement was just complete a few moments ago, just a few weeks after I called. The kitchen cabinets are restored to their uniform whiteness. The courteous installer even had a small paint tube in his truck, and touched up some rub marks. As noted, I was very pleased with quality, price and installation the first time around, and hugely pleased this business valued my business enough to offer a free replacement and installation."

"After meeting with salesman I felt that the price was reasonable and the door met my needs. After measuring the parts were ordered in late November 2017 with materials expected to be received on the 18th of December. I realized this was close to holidays and winter season but was advised that this would not be an issue. After no response I followed up on the 20th of December and scheduled installation. Installation of door seemed to go well and I like how door looks, however after the fact I noticed screws and a lot of debris left by installer outside my house. I cleared most of it away but some still remains. Additionally I did notice that the weather stripping does not have complete coverage and I can see light peaking thru at the bottom of my door. The installer also advised me that a part fell inside the frame of storm door and someone had to come and get a new part to replace it. I was told on 26 January that this part came in but they are waiting for someone to come and take a look at it. It is now the 8th of March and I've still received no response after following up twice. I had intended on discussing my issues once receiving a response about the part but have now decided to document this experience as I would like to get this resolved."

"It went a little something like this.. I saw his work on IG and sent him a message! He came in and conquered and delivered! Rise up did an amazing job on my countertops! When I saw the finished product I was like jaw dropping and I have hired him to work on my floor. Very respectful, It’s like I have known him for years! "<p>They were recommended by a contractor for our small galley kitchen. Rick came out and gave some GREAT advice on what to do and what not to do. Gave us ideas on how not to waste our money. We had literally gone around the beltway to find someone who would take the time to listen to our needs and give advice without being pressured into buying something we didn't need. We ended up with HK as they had in my opinion  the best looking natural cherry cabinets. The wood just seemed richer and more real than the other showrooms we visited. I originally thought I would want painted cabinets but once I saw the display in the showroom  I changed my mind. Rick was patient as we chopped and changed but in the end it came right. Before we signed the contract he went over each cabinet in detail. Their lead time is 8 weeks so plan accordingly but well worth the wait. Check only for payment too.Delivery was made as scheduled. They look amazing and we can't wait to see them installed. I will post some pictures when the kitchen is complete. </p> <p>Hagerstown is out of the way for folks in DC but you should visit it before making a decision that you have to live with for a while!</p> <br />"
