"Arch was in the neighborhood working on hail damaged roofs. Camden, roofing expert and salesman from Arch Exteriors, asked if he could take closer look as he could see damage from the street. I admit I was skeptical of his report on its condition and that homeowners insurance would cover repairs. They provided us with samples, complete written comprehensive estimate prior to the job and were prompt in responding to questions. On the day of install the entire property around the work area was protected by tarps. The installers were professional and answered questions from my husband as they came up. They worked quickly and cleanly. On completion of the job they were extremely thorough on their cleanup. The finished roof is gorgeous!
