He was super responsive by phone or text, and because of rain delays, our sod date got pushed back. We let him know we were going to be out of town, and he even offered to stop by and water the lawn for us so the sod wouldn't die. Amazing!!"

"There were some truck mechanical issues that prevented the originally scheduled appointment. Unfourtunately, much of a Saturday was lost chasing this person for when he would arrive. Numerous contacts I grew increasingly frustrated. I contacted the office and they said this was unsatisfactory. The owner showed up to complete the work the following Saturday. The owner and his son did a very good job trimming the trees. The one that was too close to the chimney was the primary focus. They also helped to reshape many other trees without any additional cost. They wanted to make sure I was satisfied based on what happened before!!"
