I’ve been in the construction industry for well over 10 years I’ve mastered in different trades and as of right now I’ve been building high end pole barns and barndominiums. I’m located around northern Colorado and more south I also travel to Cheyenne Wyoming. \n\nI specialize in structural framing, laminate flooring, tile, drywall, pole barns. \n\nI treat my jobs like if I was building it for me. I pay attention to details on the projects I do.

"LC Hardscapes did a great job working with us to design a backyard experience. The project included an outdoor kitchen, shelter, patios, and fire pit. It all came out great."

"The company used the wrong color of concrete. The owner and employee argued in front of us when they tried charge us more for the wrong color and discovered they screwed up. When we hired them, they ensured us they would "walk us through the process" that they'd be there the day it was poured. Neither were there or would pick up the phone when we were questioning the color. Larry said to wait 28 days to see the actual color and at that time he would come out and seal it a couple of different ways to try to fix the color. He says he is a Christian, that he is very ill and he needed to get money to pay his guys - (con artist) so we paid him a large portion of the bill with his promise that he would be back to fix the job. Well he is not answering emails and we have never been able to get him on the phone or leave a message because his voicemail is full (of irate customers I am sure). If I had looked at the YELP reviews beforehand I wouldn't have hired him. Please do yourself a favor and if you happen to run across this company- don't use them. I am sure he is close to being out of business and he could end up taking your money like he did ours. Three years saving for this and it's wrong and incomplete. I am so disappointed in this fellow human."

"I had Angel install sod and sprinklers last year. Not long after installation I told him there’s a very large section in the middle that’s dying. He told me to increase the water so I did. It did not help. I had him back out this spring to give me a quote on more landscape work and showed him the area that’s struggling while he was there. Hhe said it’s probably the soil. This year the same area is dying so I decided to run the sprinkles and monitor them. I can stand in the middle of my lawn and don’t get wet. It’s clear the sprinklers don’t reach the middle of my lawn. I decided to manually water them for 2 weeks to see if that solves the problem. Yes, after manually watering the middle all the grass comes back. I called Angel to inform him that the sprinklers don’t reach the middle of the lawn. He said that’s not the problem. I need to run my sprinklers for an entire hour a day. I told him no because all the lawn looks beautiful except for the middle which does not get water through the sprinklers. He refuses to adjust my sprinklers, fix the problem, or come out to see if they actually reach the middle of my lawn. It’s clear Angel does not back up the quality of his work and won’t fix the problem that I paid him to install properly. I would never recommend someone that won’t stand behind the quality of their work or at least come out to look if it was installed properly."

FAQs for interlocking pavers for patios, walks & steps installation projects in Roggen, CO

To calculate your paver needs:

  • Determine how many pavers cover a square foot.

  • Determine how many square feet you need.

  • Add an additional 10% to 20% for breakage and waste.

  • Consider your pavers’ sizes.

Or, you can hire a local pro who you know will get the right measurements the first time. This way, you get your weekend back instead of spending it measuring square footage.

A pallet of pavers costs $300 to $700 on average, and each pallet covers 56 square feet. The exact price depends on the type, size, and quantity of pavers you choose. Buying in bulk can sometimes offer additional savings, especially for larger projects. Ask your pro how you can save on material costs.

To get the best prices on pavers:

  • Hire a professional landscaper: Pros often receive discounts on materials, which can make hiring them more cost-effective overall.

  • Shop at local building supply stores: Check for overstock or bulk purchase deals. Bulk purchasing can be more costly up front but save you money in the long run.

  • Buy directly from manufacturers: Purchasing from a local brickyard or paver factory can offer competitive prices, especially for large quantities.

The main difference between driveway pavers and patio pavers is their load-bearing capacity. Driveway pavers are designed to withstand the weight of vehicles, whereas patio pavers aren’t suitable for such heavy loads. You can use driveway pavers for a patio, but using patio pavers for a driveway could lead to damage. Always check the weight limits of pavers and consult with a professional installer to choose the right type for your project.

Paver patios cost more than concrete patios because the materials and installation methods require advanced techniques and skilled labor. They deliver enhanced aesthetic appeal and allow for easier small‑scale repairs without affecting property taxes. The higher expense arises from premium paver materials and intricate installation processes that deliver long‑lasting durability and design flexibility. This robust solution provides notable benefits over concrete alternatives, making it a valuable investment for homeowners.
