The quote offered several options which was quite helpful in our choices. During our decision period, we had several questions and he responded immediately every time. When it came time for the work, the crew was always on time and professional. They cleaned up and you could barely tell they were even here at the end of the day. We were glad to see that the crew was able to take several water breaks (in nearly 100-degree heat) and time off for lunch and they still finished the job ahead of schedule. "Local Professionals come through: I had a water flow problem on the front center part of my roof that resulted in some of the sheathing under the overhang to dry rot. I also had a rain gutter with damage caused by a leaning tree. I called Roofmasters for a free quote. Johnathon explained the process and answered all my questions. Aaron arrived on-time for the quote on 8/27/2018. He explained what caused the dry rot and answered my questions regarding concerns I had about other areas of my roof. He put my mind at rest – telling me that my roof appeared to be in good shape except for the area that brought him there that day. I received the written quote on 8/31/2018 for the roof and gutter repairs and scheduled the work to be done on 9/14/2018. They called 30 minutes before arrival as promised. His estimate was right in line with the others, but he has a large crew he can bring in and they finished in just over one day, which was the main reason we chose this company, since it would cause the least disruption to our lives (and our dogs that can't stand the noise). The only thing was communication. Needed a little more conversation over the phone to confirm arrival on first full work day. The sales rep showed up to lay down a plastic cover over a suspected leak and it held up during some very blustery rain. Over all excellent work but expensive."

"Everybody I dealt with at PetersenDean was very courteous and professional.  The ones I can name are: Joe Brodnik, Sahar Nessari, Linda Nguyen. The price and warranty were the best of the four quotes I received. The whole process was very smooth and I haven't had any problems with the system.  I'm very glad I chose them. <br /> They have a project status page that provided clear information at every stage.  When I emailed or called, they responded within 24 hours.  I contacted them based on customer reviews and their warranty policy.  The salesman was low key and honest.  He made it clear that there was a waiting list for installation so I knew it would take a few months.  In the end, it was faster than I expected.  They provided clear written plans and handled the city inspection completely.  The connection to PG&E quickly followed. <br /> I highly recommend them.  I have two important notes: <br /> - Be sure to get a clear picture of the schedule.  It's complicated and they may have a waiting list. <br /> - The initial quote on the phone was for a much bigger system than they were able to install.  They can only tell so much from a satellite image of the roof.  Their on-site inspection showed that my roof was more complicated and not ideal for solar.  The quote was adjusted down for a smaller system.  I understood that they were oversizing the system, so I wan't surprised.  Your roof may be simpler, but beware that this can happen. <br />"

"10/11/2012: The fence that Jorge removed was on a slope between two properties. Over the years a 50' portion was tilting so badly my lilac trees on the lower side of the slope were holding most of it up. Jorge estimated that it would take 3 days to cut down and remove the badly tilting existing fence, put new posts into the ground, and then build and install the alternating sections of fence boards. He was on time, worked a full day (even in light rain!), and finished the job in 2 days instead of 3. <br /> I was surprised and impressed when I saw that the area along the fence and under the lilac trees was cleaned of all debris and was actually much neater than when the job was started. Because of this, I had Jorge return on 10/29/2012 to repair the RV gate that had become very difficult to open and close. NOTE: The cost of the fence listed above was the total cost, shared by both property owners. The gate repair was done in less than an hour and the $90 included his time and all materials needed to complete the work. I intend to have Jorge return to repair the fence on the other side of the house as soon as possible. <br />"
