"All American Gutter Protection installed new gutters to warped rotted fascia and every time it rains, the gutter pulls away from the rotted wood and produces a huge waterfall between the fascia and gutter, as well as the outside of the gutter dumping tons of water onto our deck and foundation. We have contacted the company to correct the issue and they have given us the run around for almost 3 months. They have sent someone out who acknowledges all the issues with the poor quality work including poor alignment, however they provide excuses for not finishing the work or repairing the soffit or fascia area. Their company scheduled over a half a dozen appointments and never showed up or called to reschedule. Their customer service department is an absolute joke, and claimed that they escalated the issues we reported and never let you speak directly to someone who can guarantee the completion of the work without getting ghosted. If I could give this scam company a zero rating I would."

"These people are nothing but rotten no good theives. Chris took a down payment of $2100 from my parents to get materials for a fence 2 months ago, now he will not come do the work. They have called him and every time he says he will be there a specific day he never shows up. My parents asked for their money back since Chris obviously wasn’t going to do the job and he said no. If you want your work to actually get done and not be screwed over go with another company. GFY Chris"

I knew exactly what to expect and when to expect it. As far as the work? It was perfect. OC removed all my gutters and replaced about 30' of fascia board and got it "paint ready". I had the whole house painted (by another contractor), and the new gutters back on the house in about 1 week. Sandra with OC Roofing, helped to make sure the length of time the gutters were not on the house was kept to a minimum and my painters knew when they planned to show back up, keeping the paint on schedule. OC's crews were clean and efficient and when the work was completed (both stages) there was absolutely no mess to clean up in the yard. Normal payment terms with signed contract are 50% down and balance due on completion. I can supply all materials or as an option use the materials you have purchased.
