I emailed pictures and details to Drew and then met w/him in person to go over the installation. He was very professional, courteous and answered all of my questions. The day of the install, Alex and his partner were on time. They completed the work in about 4 hours. The job was well done, work area left clean and gate operation instructions were provided.

Although the quote from Drew was not the lowest, Drew was the most thorough in his design. Having to relocate the gate added about $700 to my job (included in cost of service total provided). I provided another estimate from a (non-Angie's List) company and they made no mention of the need to move the gate which I believe would have resulted in higher costs. I chose Drew because I felt Pacific Garage Door & Gate, Inc. would provide me with the highest quality service and I was right. The (now electric) gate is quiet and it works great. I highly recommend Drew and his team and I would call on them again if needed.
