"Patrick was here within the hour. The issue I was experiencing ended up being a problem with the electric coming into the house (outside of his scope of work). Patrick was able to confirm it was nothing internal to the house and stuck around while Duke electric dispatched their team to further troubleshoot the power connections. At that point Patrick’s work had been completed and he was free to leave, however he volunteered to stick around to help the electric company problem solve. Between Patrick and the Duke electric technician they were able to trace the issue back to poor connection coming into the home on one of the legs of power. While this was not within Patrick’s scope of work he still stuck around to assist the power company in resolving the issue. I am very pleased with the quick service I received and Patrick was very kind and extremely helpful going above and beyond his responsibilities. I would hire Mr. Sparky back in a heartbeat to assist with any future electrical issues."

"Ty'Ric, I called Ty, gave him details on an electrical issue. Ty came within an hour. He is amazing. I had 2 outlets not working and he replaced them. I also tried to replace a doorbell at the door a week prior, but somehow broke it. Ty fixed that as well. He is so kind, respectful, and responsible. I had an issue after the job was completed, not due to anything Ty did and he has came back and assessed the issue. He has been in contact to follow up. Hire Ty'Ric. He is fair in pricing and will help with your electrical needs."
