"The whole experience was good. The warranty is exceptional The customer service was nice and the guys that actually installed the roof were hard workers. There are only two issues I had. One, the initial consultation lasted 7 hours. Between discussions about the roof to the actual roof inspection. Second. The Forman on the job barely spoke English. There was a gap that had to be overcame for understanding my questions I had. Towards the end, he offered to call someone to translate but that, I felt, was too little to late. But like I stated earlier, the group as a whole worked very hard and the roof looks great."

I had a 3rd party (not associated with integrity roofing) come in and remove and replace my solar system that was mounted on the roof. The 3rd party gave me all kinds of issues with the reinstall of the solar panels. He definitely knows what he is doing and is a great educator for people who don’t know what they need. He fixed my interior and the outside of my home(roof). "I contacted Ryan through Angie's list.  He responded very quickly and offered to stop by to give an estimate.  Ryan arrived on time for the estimate, provided a quote and we agreed on leaf guard for the rear gutters.  Before he left Ryan cleared some obstructions from the downspouts since we had rain scheduled the next day.
Ryan showed up a couple days later to install the leaf guard.  He also thoroughly cleaned the gutters and took away all the debris.  He was done in less than an hour.
I wish all service providers could be as easy to work with as Ryan.  Highly recommended!

"Installation was accomplished quickly and professionaly. There was a mistake in billing as for for amount of attic space covered but the company rep quickly resolved the issue. Due to medical limitations I have not climbed a ladder to check the job but at this time I am satisfied, I can already notice an improvement in heating and cooling the treated room.
