"The installers (Thomas and Noah) were on time, conscious of everything they were doing, and our dog loved them. Outside of that, their trade skills were outstanding (I'm a regional maintenance advisor for a Fortune 100 company, so I know) and they were even careful about noise because I was in a lot of meetings that day. Just outstanding from start to finish. Ira, the job lead made intros and followed up. Mark feels like a family friend. Wouldn't use ANYONE else."

"Kathy was very nice on the phone. The scheduling seemed pretty simple and the quote I was given was very reasonable. She told me she would have a quote for me that night. I waited 2 days and had to text her back to get the quote. They sent a guy out the first morning and he did arrive on time. However, he did not stay long and all he did was cut my natural gas pipe. He did not fix the issue and actually made it worse. I called Kathy twice that day and she did not answer or call me back all day. I then texted her later that day with my concerns and she finally called me back. She told me what the issue was and assured me the plumber would be back first thing this morning. No one showed up today. I contacted her again today to ask her to cancel any and all service to my house because this is unacceptable. She still has not responded to this point."

"I was trying to help a small black business but was received poor materialized product that continues to grow worse by the month. I bought a door with side lites and blinds within the side lites and the paint is fading away from inside the glass of my side lites. I paid $800+ (which was an addition to the product) to have the blinds built inside the glass. I bought this product in year 2021 and didn't expect for this product to begin to look as it's been up for 20 years. This product was meant to beautify my home as it is my front entry door and now it beginning to look medicore which is very upsetting. I'm writing this review for someone to think twice before they buy from this small black own business. I've tried to rectify in-person and the owner blamed it on China as he didn't know what kind of material they use. Then he (the owner) began to give me a talk off as he purchased his products from Home Depot from their disgruntled or buyerâ s remorsed customers. This is BULL****! I paid good money and expected a good and long lasting product. As he originally sold me on the fact that they make their products â in-house.â Now all he can tell me that we just put the frame around the glass. Thereâ s nothing he can do. This business has not performed to my expected standards."
