"Mitch and the Roofman team were excellent! I used Houzz over the summer to find a contractor to finish my basement. I was given a list of companies who could help. Roofman was the only team that reached out to me and was one of the few to actually show up to provide me with a quote. Mitch and his team were always on time, professional, and were at my house nearly everyday to complete the job. Mitch was always easy to communicate with and get a hold of whenever I had questions or an ask (I had a lot and he was always incredibly accommodating!). His team were able to complete the basement and final city inspection within 60 days as promised. The quality of the work was great and I have received a lot of compliments on the look and design that he had much say in. "This is a belated review, given the work by McKay was completed in Nov 2019. I am living in Tennessee, and I needed my daughter roof repaired in Decatur. I could not do the work myself, so I relied on HomeAdvisor to connect me with potential contractors. After contacting several, McKay was the only one to call me back the same day (a Saturday). They were able to review the project and provide an estimate immediately. By Monday, they were onsite and took care of the issue. Without my asking, they took pictures and sent them to me to see the completed work. They also advised on a related issue, for which I approved additional work. It took several weeks before I could inspect the work in person, and I am very pleased. Great work, responsive, customer-focused, and in my opinion, their pricing was fair. If I need roofing work in the future, I will contact them without hesitation."
