"The owner responded to my request for a quote immediately, came out to my house, and by the following week, I had new 5 inch gutters to match my house with larger 3x4 downspouts and Gutter Glove gutter guards at the lowest of the quotes I had been given over the past month. He was responsive to my concerns re my previous gutters (mismatched colors, undersized downspouts, clogging, leaking, and continual upkeep). The owner saw that I needed a solution to an area where there was only one downspout for two levels of my roof, and added another downspout (one for upper; one for lower) and routed one downspout in another direction, per my request not to flood out my lower lying neighbor as previous). He was responsive to helping me attach loose pieces of vinyl on my siding and he had his crew even caulking and painting some trim for no extra charge to make sure my house is waterproof. When they came out to install everything, there were 8 men in the crew and the owner, and they were in and out, in 3 hours, with zero mess left behind. They even took a magnetic roller over my yard to make sure no loose nails were left. His crew made sure everything I wanted had been completed before leaving. They even did extras that I had never seen before like adding aluminium guards in particular areas like around the chimney to make sure the water is directed off the house. All in all, I'm very impressed! They definitely go above and beyond and there was no bill, until every last thing was done, and the owner returned and reinspected the job. When I gave the owner the payment, he went over each part of the gutter system to explain how it works and put in writing a workmanship guarantee of one year, and 20 years for parts. He told me to call if I wanted anything changed, since I had made a change to his original plan in one area. He was very flexible about telling me, if I wanted it to his original specs, just call and they'd change it. I'm excited about how beautiful my new functional gutters look on my home!! I'm continually admiring how pretty my house looks now."

"Steve Gavin, the owner came out and provided me with a great price that was inclusive of the entire scope of the project. During our meeting he took the time to explain the process that his company uses. Once the permits were issued the crew arrived the next morning at 7:00 a.m. as promised. The crew met the deadline for a 1:30 inspection from the Village of Deerfield. They not only met the deadline but they passed the inspection without any issues to be corrected. The crew worked until 7:00 p.m. completing the job. I would also note that they left my home spotless!"

"We used this company because of a referral. If we could give this company a zero we would. We had our windows (Advanced Windows brand) installed in our home on September 13, 2021. FIRST; the crew showed up TWO hours late. No call to advise that they were running behind. We had to call the owner to be sure we were still on and he said yes. That was at 20 minutes late. Then we called again when they were an hour late. The owner said they were “probably” getting supplies. Still no apology. Then we tried calling the owner when they were two hours late and received his voice, which was full! So we couldn’t even leave a message. When the crew finally arrived, no apology. Casement windows were installed. One casement window installed opened the same as the other casement window instead of the opposite. Ok, fine not a great big deal. But still. Then one of the guys removed a tarp that they had covering part of our guest bed and lamp, knocking down the lamp bending the stem on it. He wasn’t even going to tell us. We had given them bottles of water. One of the guys working downstairs on the family room windows placed the water bottle right on our wooden top for our fireplace mantel AFTER we had provided him with a coaster. Had to ask him twice to use the coaster. We just didn’t want a ring on our wood from the water bottle. Another gentleman was a smoker. We provided him with an ashtray (outside) and he never used it. He used our driveway and lawn instead. Very unprofessional. We sent the owner a text wanting to discuss the experience. He never responded.
