"My wife and I recently had a lot of plumbing work done in our 1962 home. The work required opening our plaster walls and ceilings at several locations. Hammers were used and major damage was done. Richard’s crew was able to repair all the openings to look like the original plasterwork. No one would ever know there had been major damage. Following the repair work, Richard’s crew remove the plaster “popcorn” from our ceilings. This “popcorn” was actual plaster, not the soft type installed over drywall in the 1970s. After removing the “popcorn”, a beautiful pattern commonly called “clouds” was added to provide a very modern look to our ceilings. A second crew then came in to paint the ceilings. We are very pleased with the results and have received a lot of great comments from our friends about the quality of the work. We have been able to make several referrals. All the work was done as requested and in a very timely manner. They were very careful to cover all surrounding areas to prevent any damage and they did a great job cleaning up afterward. All their work is exceptional, and the cost was very reasonable. We have used System One three times previously going back almost twenty years and their work has always been of very high quality. "Andres gave a quote and actually was there to do the work not like a lot of other places where the guy doing the estimate you never see again. I'm a DIY and put the building paper and wire up and had the inspection but I wasn't going to stucco the new garage. Had 4 bids his was reasonable but what impressed me he saw some issues and fixed them before starting the other companies just gave me quotes. The city inspector also saw the issues but it was passable but a little odd to say the least. Orion was on time and kept me posted and actually called when they had a scheduling issue which happens but they called. The project is a new stand alone garage I did excavating, forms ,pour , electrical, plumbing hired carpenter half way through there part fired them and finished carpentering and installed roof. Its taking 8 months doing this between my regular real job IBEW electrician. I wish all the other trade I hired were as GREAT as these guys."

"My Husband and I just completed the remodeling of our kitchen, bathroom and the dining area and it was remodeled by Venetian Builders. Before we hired Venetian Builders for this large scale remodeling project, we were overcome with all the required decisions we had to take concerning the new design of the kitchen and we needed to make sure that the new look and functionality of it will make the most logic for us regarding the style and budget. We did our research for the right contractor for about 3 months more or less and it only when we met and talked to Jonathan, we felt assured that everything will be carefully implemented in our new project in which it was completely priced well and competitive. In the kitchen area: we removed 2 walls in which we planned to do so the space will get a much bigger open space, relocated the double sink, refrigerator & dishwasher, added a new garden window above the new sink location, enlarged the kitchen overall space and take down all the popcorn ceiling. The new dining area space is now a much larger space that allows us to host 10 people around the new dining table in which was significant to us. New wood floor, 8” new stained crown molding, LED recessed light with Wi-Fi home automated switches, large sconces and new paint color for the entire walls and ceiling which made the space very pleasant to use when we have dinners, cooking or even just to look at. In the bathroom remodeling we kept most of the same layout but we demolished it to the studs and rebuild it completely while allowing Jonathan’s to provide us with several options regarding the colors and materials. The whole remodeling project was finished in about 6.5 weeks from the starting date. Everyone who was working at the house, worked very hard and we could see changes on a daily basis. They were very good, clean and came to work on time on a daily basis. If we had any comment of question, Jonathan was there for us always even if it was during the weekend. More than that, he visited the house on regular bases. The foremen was on top of everything at any time. We want to thank Jonathan and everyone who was involved at this project for designing, managing executing this amazing project for us and for realizing the design goal."
