General Repair & Restoration Service Inc. rushed to my rescue, removed the trees and secured a tarp over the roof before more rain hit. Then they removed/replaced the rafters, insulation and shingles. The bedroom got new drywall, a new window, the closet rebuilt, trim, new light fixture and painted. Outside, the siding, gutters and gutterguard was also replaced. Mr. Gentry worked with my insurance company which was a big help to me. The railings were not installed correctly in fact it was a safety issue - if leaned on one could possibly knock it over. Called several times requesting him to repair, made false promises. To correct the problem we hired someone else to correct the job.
