"Referral painting did a great job on my bedroom and hallway painting. They came when promised for the estimate and actual job. They worked efficiently while still doing a fantastic job. We had quite a bit of plaster work that needed to be repaired which they were able to fix as well. They stated they had the best talent, and the workers they sent in were entry level at best, and could not speak English. They botched a shower tile job, and had to re-do it, but I had to wait 6 weeks for them to find a new tile guy. They did such a terrible job painting a staircase that it needs to be re-done. They hung doors the wrong way, and never finished the job. On top of all of this they agreed to be paid by cash, which we did, but they had a credit card on file, and charged our account without authorization, took the monies and didn't complete the job. They agreed to pay me back $ 3900.00 and never did, and never finished the job. A kind of Fraud. The job is not done and they stopped returning my calls, and they owe me. They said the only way they would pay me was if I signed a document that I couldn't say any disparaging words. Needless to say, I got ripped off. "
