He called back about a day later and indicated that he was gearing up for forecasted snow, but would stop over to review the project. He did this and sent out a project quote. We called him back, however needed to sign and mail the quote before he would schedule the work - this seemed a reasonable request. Todd showed up, did a great job in removing the leafs over 2 days.
