"Warmzone has been very responsive. However, the installers made mistakes installing the system and when they went to correct it, somehow caused damage that made the system inoperable. They had to come back a year later and redo it. Now it works pretty good. Every time I've had questions Warmzone has been very responsive. i would use them again--but use their recommended installers and not my contractors who did it last time. <br /> One caveat: The system doesn't always work perfectly in very cold weather with fast accumulating snow. We have old-fashioned clay brick pavers. Next time I'll send Warmzone a sample of the pavers so that they can test for the power needed to operate the system effectively. <br /> But--they sell a great product and they're very helpful to deal with. They'll get right on the phone with you and troubleshoot, even long after the sale. <br />"

"N&W was very easy to work with at every step of the process. They came to the property, measured, and quoted in a prompt and professional manner. They were very conscientious of the property. They took care to not damage any part of the landscape that they were not working on. If something had to be done that might cause damage to an area such as the back lawn, I was contacted first. Even after I gave permission to drive equipment through the back lawn, they took great care to minimize their impact. I was impressed with how respectful they were to myself and my family. They are definitely quality people. <br /> <br /> As far as the quality of their work, well it matches the quality of their character. We had several days of rain that held up progress. Despite the weather setbacks, work was prompt and happened when they said it would. The excavating work was perfect. They graded the backyard and removed unwanted trees and shrubs. The new area will be easy to seed, mow, and care for. Even easier than it was before. The concrete work is of high quality as well. The flat work was impressive. We have had several inches of rain since the patio and driveways were poured. We have perfect water flow off of both. There are no puddles whatsoever. <br /> <br /> I have already recommended N&W to others and I will continue to do so. They are a quality company with quality people that do quality work."
