"We received several quotes from roofing companies but Steve really sold us on Fredericksburg Builders. Our neighbors had also used them and were very happy with them. One thing that made them stand out was that we wanted new gutters and they were able to get them in many different colors, vs. a competitor that could only get them in white or brown, where we definitely needed a taupe or beige color. I appreciated that Steve told us upfront that our roof wouldn't show as 3-dimensional as our neighbors because of our pitch being alot lower, so I wasn't surprised at the end. We had a couple little hiccups, but Steve and his crew were ready to take care of them, quickly and professionally. We would definitely recommend them again and for the price of the roof, gutters and shutters, we thought it was great value!"

The Project Manager Anthony communicated daily with project updates and was extremely responsive to questions and addressed all concerns in a timely manner. "Warren and his crew installed our roof in 2012 and they did a more than wonderful job! Warren was always there to answer any questions or concerns we had. Warren came out to look at our roof, we had some shingles missing in several places and he got our insurance to approve and replace our roof. All we had to pay was our deductible. We could definitely tell he had plenty of knowledge in this field. The crew finished our roof in no time, which we were very delighted about. They cleaned everything up before leaving and left no debris. They even ran the magnet detector three times to make sure they left nothing behind. My husband and I were more than pleased with the work and have recommended Warren to many people! Their customer service was outstanding and you can tell Warren truly cares about his customers. "We had a very large project of roofing, siding and gutters replaced on our house, garage & shed. and all was handled in a very timely matter going beyond what was quoted with fixing some unseen damages without the extra cost to us. Dealing with the people was a great experience from our first call to the office to get an estimator out to the project manager and the crews doing the job. Work was professional done correctly with everything cleaned up nice at completion. No complaints at all on our experience"

"Absolutely professional from start to finish. The owner showed up to bid the job on time, and well dressed in a J.Alexander Polo. He was extremely educational w/ what I was gettting into, so their were no suprises if they were to get the job. The price was competitive and felt most comfortable w/ them--do to the time & knowledge he shared w/ me when giving the estimate. They didn't let me down and actually only exceeded my expectations when doing the roof. They had an eight man crew and everyone seemed to know their job responsibility. They had a guy running the ground the whole time-cleaning up and running a magnet for loose nails. They said they had two roofs to do that day. I thought they were crazy, even though I had a small roof (22.5 square). By 11am they had all the shingles removed, nails pounded down and the roof felted. Come to find out the owners are identical twin brothers who were both on the roof working along w/ the crew. The crew split up after the roof was felted, one brother stayed w/ three others to lay the shingles while the other group went to start the next roof. I was just hoping they got my roof done in a day like they said, It wouldn't suprise me one bit if they got both roofs done like they wanted to. I would refer anyone and everyone to JAlexanderRoofing-they were amazing from start to finish. <br />"
