In 2007 the roof on our home was damaged by a hail storm. Although we had other estimates, we decided to have our roof replaced by Miller Roofing because of their professionalism. They arrived exactly when they said they would, were very courteous, and completed the roof, including CLEAN-UP, in the time frame they gave us. A few weeks after completion of the work, we noticed a water leak around our fireplace area. In just a few days the team from Miller arrived and took care of the chimney leak. WOW! "Excellent experience from initial contact by the sales/estimator representative to final clean-up. Product was delivered on schedule and put in place on the roof quickly. Foreman showed up as soon as a few days of rain stopped to deliver trailer and was very knowledgeable and helpful on what to expect in time and inconvenience. Crew showed up on time and worked quickly and did the full job Friday thru mid-day Sunday to minimize time of inconvenience. Job looks great and they did a great job of clean-up."

"Our "only" negative comment about Ground Zero Shelters is that they do not come to a persons residence to give the sales pitch and demonstration. You must go to their showroom or see their product at a home show. This being said, we were extremely happy with the sales experience, reminders and installation of our shelter. They called about 10 days prior to the installation for a reminder, their installers called the day before and the morning of the installation to remind us that they would be at our home at the designated time. They showed up as promised and were completed with the installation in less than 1 1/2 hours time! Thank you Ground Zero!"
