"I had an excellent experience with Tom. He called back with in minutes of my requesting a quote for the job. We made arrangements to meet 2 days later so he could look at what the job entails. He showed up on time discussed exactly what I needed and quoted a very reasonable price. The job was wiring power outlet and cable pass through for a new TV. TV was actually delivered a week earlier then originally planned and Tom was willing to come out the day before delivery so Tv could be installed day of delivery. The work was neat and professional done and I am very happy with the final result. I highly recommend Tom for all your electrical needs, if I could have given him 6 stars I would have."

"Terrible customer service He created giant messes and lied to me on multiple occasions. I will say anything to get the project and not actually answer questions. When they came to give the quote, I asked them where they would put the heat pump and I said behind the house, but when they went to install it, it would not fit behind the house according to code. I constantly had to hound them to finish the job. They started in the spring, and then they did not finish until the winter, after saying they could start in 2 weeks. They left me without heat on below-freezing days because they were not finished. They did not honor parts of the contract. charged for service even though the contract says it is free for 3 years. They tried to charge me for things they did not install(humidifier). Installed the ventilation system over some sill rot. I left gaping holes in my home for months. I had to hound them every step of the way to get them to do the next part of the project. They were replacing propane and oil with gas and did not tell me I had to remove the propane to do so, and then the town would not permit their work and I had to pay out of pocket for more conversions. I had to hound them to get permits, including an oil tank removal permit, which they never pulled and I still do not have! The end result was an expensive system that I think is misconfigured and ill-fitting for my home (it does not remove humidity properly). If you would like to do the project management yourself, hire this company. That said, there was one very nice technician, but I would not have them install anything."

"Just had an upgrade from 100 to 200 amp, and also had an additional front outdoor receptacle installed. Angel and his technicians from AMR Electric did an a phenomenal job. They were very professional, informative, courteous and friendly. Angel kept us informed frequently, every step of the way, and his prices are very competitive.They had cleaned up thoroughly after the job was done. "I was told that the fee to simply come into my house to assess my furnace (that was not working) would be $260 on a Wednesday afternoon... and I was told this fee would not be absorbed into the work if I chose to have it done. If this company charges such an exorbitant assessment fee, I could only believe they would inflate other fees as well. I hired another local company for half that fee to assess then repair my furnace. Shame on Heritage Home Service."
