Franciso Jr. met us at my mother's home, he was on time and provided an estimate. He began the project on time, finished on time, cleared away and cleaned all debris from the yard and street. He was extremely professional and the concrete walkway is exceptional work. I highly recommend this company for any stone, brick, block or stucco work you may need. We have dealt with other contractors and Franciso treated us like family. If he you can make an 87 year old mother, grand-mother and great grandmother happy, you are the REAL deal. As with any construction project, unexpected issues popped, which were not the fault of the concrete company. They immediately let me know my options and gave me top notch recommendations on how to correct the issues and stayed in budget! This company took the extra time to explain and correct the issues. Plus, they were the only company that did not have to drive a fully loaded cement truck on my existing concrete driveway. Every other company wanted me to sign a waiver for my existing driveway. His mannerisms were on point, polite, humble and very knowledgeable about the task at hand. I had another Bobcat company come before hiring Con South, who I had to fire because they were afraid of the slopes of the land and moved entirely to slow. Jason on the other hand seems to be one with his machine. I stood in awe of his skill and maneuverability. It seemed as if that bobcat was under a spell. I don't do many reviews, however, after this complete blessing I had to give credit where it is earned and favor is a blessing , this youngman wouldn't even accept a tip."

"Tim was the first contractor to call me right back when I was looking for someone to come extend my patio. Most contractors don't even want to do this kind of work because it's only a 14x17 extension but Tim appears to do any type of job big or small. He scheduled an appointment the very next day and showed up on time. He was very courteous and knowledgeable and took my budget into consideration. Tim will be back this week to complete the job and I will write another review once the job is completed."
