"I was extremely pleased to see Jason show up with the threat of rain looming in the forecast and even more please to meet this youngman. His mannerisms were on point, polite, humble and very knowledgeable about the task at hand. I had another Bobcat company come before hiring Con South, who I had to fire because they were afraid of the slopes of the land and moved entirely to slow. Jason on the other hand seems to be one with his machine. I stood in awe of his skill and maneuverability. It seemed as if that bobcat was under a spell. "Tim was the first contractor to call me right back when I was looking for someone to come extend my patio. Most contractors don't even want to do this kind of work because it's only a 14x17 extension but Tim appears to do any type of job big or small. He scheduled an appointment the very next day and showed up on time. He was very courteous and knowledgeable and took my budget into consideration. Tim will be back this week to complete the job and I will write another review once the job is completed."
