"We were recommended by Gary Hart, Hartscape Company complete landscape construction to contact Andy de young first to design and provide full drawing for our entire new front yard, driveway, waterfalls, lighting, tiered water fall, seating area, specific trees, specific plants, color theme we wanted and specific placement of pillars and our address. We lived here for 31 years and ready to invest in our front yard to enjoy for many years to come. So we called Andy. Andy arrived on time and was extremely pleasant and professional. We shared with him the life style of entertaining, friendly, colorful, seating, meeting many families in our front yard and wanted it inviting and welcoming, he asked questions, took photos, and said it would take about 2 two weeks to have the design prepared. To our surprise, Andy call within one week and came back to meet with us and sit down together and go over the entire design and explain everything to us. Andy drew up a very creative design that addressed all of our needs in a design we could never have conceived by ourselves. He then drew it to scale and labelled everything. I made some changes whle we were together and he went back to his home office to make the changes and sent us a copy email the next day. I called Andy and he returned my call. I asked him if he could print out two copies of the updated design to keep and share with our family and neighbors. Andy stopped by our house two days later to deliver us two updated copies. Great service and always on time and such a professional. It was worth the investment for us. We sent the design to our landscaper Gary Hart. I have also heard from many neighbors, friends that his designs were among the best and they hoped they could be the ones to bring them to life. The bottom line is this: Andy is extremely talented. He does exactly what is expected with a creative flair that is unique. He is easy to work with, likable, and 100% professional."

"The work was extremely well done and the fan looks terrific -- better than I could have imagined. The wire molding is barely noticeable, and will be even less so after I paint it to match the wood on my ceiling., and the canopy is nearly flush against the ceiling and I'm very happy with it.  About an hour into the job, I noticed that the workmen were not running the wire molding in the pattern I had wanted, and when I mentioned this to them, they stopped instantly, called the main office, ran a quick errand to get an extra part they would need to do the job as I wanted it, were back in a few minutes and redid the wire molding exactly to my specifications.  This amazing responsiveness alone is reason enough for me to recommend this company extremely highly.  They were very sensitive to my concerns about how the final installation would look and took a lot of time to explain all the options to me and to make sure I was happy with the final result.  I'm the kind of homeowner that gets pretty nervous when work is being done on my place, especially when it will affect how things look. I'm definitely on the compulsive side and I can be a difficult customer.  Roman and his crew were very understanding and assured me that I would be happy with the final result, and they were right.  I would definitely use them again.  I'm already thinking of hiring them next year to install another ceiling fan in my second bedroom!  I will have to have a small bit of plaster work done to repair the section of wall where they cut a hole to connect to the existing electric lines, but Roman was very clear with me from the beginning that if any cutting away of drywall was required, they would not repair that.  I've heard that from other electricians, too, and that seems to be standard practice for the industry.  So next time I have a handyman over, I'll have him take care of that.  I don't mind because the installation itself was done flawlessly!"

"We moved into our home over the summer. In a corner of the back yard, we have a fish pond that was installed by the previous owners. While my husband was doing yard work behind the pond, he sliced the electrical cord to the pump which runs the waterfall feature.  I called around to several electrical companies looking for someone to come out and see if they could repair or replace the electrical cord.  I was told by several other companies I would have to wait several days before appointments were available.  Since the pond is stocked with about 20 fish, it was important to us to resolve this quickly. <br /> City Lights Electric responded to my message on Angie's List about repairing/ replacing the electrical cord to the pump of our fish pond within an hour.  We scheduled the service the next morning. "Sunshine builders planned and designed our outdoor living space and executed it after we approved all the changed and modifications so it will fit exactly to what we wanted to have. At first, we honestly didn’t think that we can get all what we wanted under our budget because it was just too many things in one project. The project that we wanted to do, included a 2 levels patio with space for full BBQ with dining area, sink, refrigerator, counter top and a large stone fire pit with seating area. More than that, we added some plantings spots by building a plats pots, a new grass area, LED solar lighting fixtures, a new driveway and more things.
