Top of the line materials: shingles, and gutters. They reworked and stopped a roof leak on our screened in porch that the original installation company never could repair. They did a power wash of our cedar fence and restained. It looks brand new!! We enjoyed getting to know our Project Manager Desmond and his boss Ryan. A recent visit to my home by Bob Nankervis @ T Rock Roofing made me understood their business values are driven by: Customer Relation/Focus -Be honest, reliable and establish sustainable relation with customer -Do not oversell-> Fix what really need to be fixed- nothing more. As a new home owner this worked very well solving a recent roof issue at my home at DFW area in which Roof Mount Attic Cover blew off due to strong winds. I was checking about this to my neighbors and was cautioned to fix it ASAP and I started working with roofing company's to get an assessment; 1]Linear Roofing Conveyed that there is roof damage and resultant leak due to recent hail in the area and asked to fail a insurance claim and work with them for whole roof replacement. I personally checked the roof to the best of my ability and did not see striking signs/ indication to convince me that roof is ready to be replaced, but I am not an expert to conclude that, so I was still with more questions and concerns. 2]Dwell Roofing and Exteriors Provided an estimate of $450 to replace the roof mount unit with free addons like seal, paint screws, but confirmed there is no Roof Damage / Leak to be worried about. They conveyed Roof Mount unit part will cost $250 and reusing the old vent cover may not be the best idea, but If I decide to do it they can fix it for $425. So a overall diff of $25 replacing the "whole unit" versus reusing the "old cover". Honestly, I didn't not understand the math. At this time I was still concerned about who's word should I go with, so checked with T Rock as suggested my friend; 3]T Rock Roofing Bob Nankervis from T Rock Roofing inspected my roof and conveyed that there is NO roof damage due to hail/wind and reused the old vent cover and fixed everything free of charge. What I was impressed is not free of charge, but his politeness in explaining my roof condition-> what may be the reason for existing some wear and tear and more importantly the care he showed towards the customer. I was convinced and was truly ready to pay $$$'s and checked with him about service charge- but he refused conveying that he just have to tighten few bolts and simply cannot charge for that. At this point, I knew who should I call/recommend next time when there is a roof issue."

"I had a flat-roof leak over my garage. After watching patches fail, seams open, and decking rot, and water leaking into my garage, I decided it was time to bite the bullet and inquire about flat-roof repair/replacement. I explored five different companies to do my repair. Of the 5, the smoothest communication was with Peter Evans of Alliance Roofing. I'm a detail oriented person, and this fix HAD to be flawless. Furthermore I can smell BS from a mile away. Upon initial inspection and discussion with Peter at my house, I formulated a detailed list of questions in response to receiving the estimate, because with a job this big, you can easily be fobbed off and fooled, and taken for a huge ride that ends up in court, so I wanted my questions answered. I wanted the "warm-fuzzies" before pulling the trigger on this job. I would base my final decision on whom to enlist based on how honestly and thoroughly my detailed questions were answered. Communication upfront is key ! I felt good, they were hired. I diligently watched a team of 2-4 workers come to my house over 6 days and systematically remove my old roof, clean, replace rotten decking, and restore the sub-surface before adding the minor sloping we needed to redirect water, and finishing off the roof. A few times I'd go up there and discuss with Peter the status, and remind them of certain areas critical to fix flawlessly. He and his team understood and completed the job in a very professional and complete manner. I was very satisfied with the approach, attention to detail, communication, and quality of this job. I approach all things in my personal and professional life with integrity, and I feel I found that with Alliance Roofing. It was not the cheapest estimate, but certainly VERY reasonable amongst the four others I'd received, especially considering the quality of the workmanship and communication of this company and their project leader, Mr Evans. They put a great deal of effort into flashing, appearance, and achieving the goals we established for this roof replacement. I'm excitedly awaiting the next major rain-storm, because I want to see the new roof and slope work as designed, and because I don't feel anxiety over leaks anymore. I don't anticipate having to call them back to repair anything, but IF I DID, I feel confident I'd get quality treatment. I would certainly hire Alliance Roofing with Peter Evans again for further roofing needs, flat-roof or otherwise, and highly recommend them."
