"I selected tree removal, but they also did stump removal of the tree they removed, and trimming of 3 other trees. I had a fantastic experience with this company. I was very sad to have to remove my 70ish year old magnolia tree, but it was necessary. Albert (the owner) reassured me I was making the right decision, and the crew worked quickly and carefully when removing the tree. They were done so quickly, I could hardly believe it! Yet they were careful and safe the whole time. They even patched a couple of spots in the lawn where the tree limbs roughed it up. They also did a fantastic job trimming three more trees for me - those trees now look happy, healthy, and aren't causing any over-hang issue for my neighbor's house. The owner and crew arrived exactly on time, worked carefully and efficiently, and charged a very fair price. I will absolutely use them for any future tree needs."

"Contracted to remove a large appx 20 ft oak from side of property partially over roof. The crew arrived promptly and executed removal in short time. Allowing ample time to prune a maple tree in backyard. Opted to keep the wood to use in fireplace and outdoor pit. The wood was stacked and the area cleaned up. They also shredded some prunings from shrubs I had left on side of house without asking. Overall an awesome job well done and will definitely hire again."

"The person who came to give us an estimate gave us a fair price however told us that they wouldn't be able to remove the stump without damaging the fence. We explained the fence will be getting replaced in the near future to which he responded that when that time came to call them and they will come back out to finish the job. When we called to schedule this, it took 3 weeks to get an answer back from the company. When someone finally called us back, they told us that they would charge us $100-150. This is not what was discussed initially and the tone of the person calling us was rather abrupt and off put that we insisted it was. He stated it "wasn't in our contract", when both my husband and I know that it was agreed they would come back out to finish the job. The tree work that was actually completed was fine by the team that came out that first day, (trimming and tree removal(not stump) and the price was reasonable. But the customer service is awful. I cannot recommend them based on their inability to uphold an agreement and response time to get back to us on it."
