After many phone messages Israel finally called and told me of a family emergency and I again said no problem. But they did not show or call on the next date they had promised me. I called several times but got no response. By this time I would had leg surgery and called asking for his help. No response. I have left subsequent messages asking for an appointment but with no response. I am sorry and puzzled since he once said he did not want to lose me as a customer. I am still incapacitated and in no condition to shop for a new cleaner or to clean for myself Although he claims to be a long-term business owner as well as a Christian minister I have to give him a 0 for communication, compassion, and reliability."
