"Communication was not always good. For example, the salesman knew we want to be able to put our lawn furniture on the turf. Now that the job is complete, we still don't know exactly what we need to buy in order to be able to set the chaise lounges on the grass without digging into the turf. That was never explained & in fact, we were not even aware that would be a problem. I was out of town when the job was done, and they mentioned to my husband that we would need to protect the turf somehow!!!"
